Class Registration Forms and Attire

Registration Form Information:
Please bring class registration form to class completely filled out with check or cash.
(Click on "True Worship Store" to register for class under class registration or register in class)
Note: There will be a $25.00 charge for returned checks.

What to Wear for Class and Class Policy:
Girls- Must have hair pulled back neat and secure.
Boys- Neat hair.
Class Attire is important.  Students may wear dance pants, skirts, sweat pants, leotards, warm ups or
cover ups no preferably black, but not mandatory.  No street clothes.
-  No jewelry will be allowed (only engagement or wedding ring band)
-  No gym shoes on dance studio floor.
-  Ballet, jazz, or no shoes acceptable.
-  No gum in class.
-  Please notify if you can't attend class or there is an emergency.
-  No food allowed or drinks in studio, only in lobby area. (Please throw all trash away) 
-  No children allowed during rehearsal.
-  Class Fee is due at the beginning of class.
-  Please try not to be tardy for class.  We will start on time.
-  Must bring Bibles to class for Bible study (Please notify if you need a Bible for class)
Anyone who does not follow class policy may be asked to leave class.
