True Worship Seeking Dancers for Company

If you are interested in being apart of a dynamic team that loves to praise God, then

you should audition to be apart of True Worship's Dance Company. We are seeking

ages (15 and up) to be a company member. You must be committed to attend

practices and performances. We normally practice twice a month on Saturday's or Tuesday's.

Occasionally, we have called practices, but they will not be last minute scheduled

practices. You will be notified in advance. We try to perform once a month in the

community. (Productions, church events, community events, special events, or televised events).

- Must have some dance experience in lyrical, jazz, ballet, praise (liturgical), or modern.

- Ages 15 and up (preferably 15 to 30)

- Willing heart and Christian

- Female or Male can audition

Cost to Join Dance Company

Must pay for costumes $100 by December.

Can you join if you are not a dance instructor?
You may be a company member if you have the following qualifications:
1. Dance Experience (especially praise dance- Some experience in ballet, jazz, and

modern is helpful.)
2. 15 years and older (willing to have children if enough dance experience)

3. Be committed to the cause of spreading God's word through dance

Additional Information:

One of the reasons for dance experience is because we are limited on meeting as a group and you will need to learn routines quickly. As stated earlier, we will only be meeting twice a month for a total of 3 to 4 hours. Once we have learned three routines, we will start ministering throughout the community in the Spring. True Worship will be performing throughout the Fall, and you can feel free to be a part of performances if you know routines. Routines learned are only for True Worship performances. They are not to be repeated and taught to your dance team.

This ministry is committed to giving only excellence to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. This is why the preparation of routines is so important to learn. The only true way to minister praise dance is to be in the realm of worship while dancing. This only comes with studying God's word, knowing the routines and practice.
